The Ministry of Reverend Kofi Annan
Rev Kofi Annan has a global vision for prophetic and revelatory impartation to the nation. Rev Kofi Annan ministry focuses on empowering believers of Jesus Christ worldwide for the manifestation of the Kingdom of God on the earth. Through his divinely inspired multicultural vision, God releases a powerful anointing in the atmosphere as he delivers life applicable biblical principles and truths empowering and transforming countless lives and effectuating spiritual maturity.
THE VISION
Rev Kofi Annan was instructed by the Lord to “write the vision and make it plain upon the tables, and establish a place to feed My sheep.” With this in mind and destiny at hand, Destiny Apostolic Church International, was birthed in 2002. Located in Forest Gate and other Assemblies was further established in Hackney, Wood Green and Elephant & Castle. Destiny Apostolic Church International encompasses a unique group of people that are called to the nations. As a Prophet, an Apostle and a Pastor, Rev Kofi Annan is committed to the development and birthing of Sons of God (Romans 8:19) and Daughters of Zion.
With many people unable to attend church, because of work, school, illness etc, the Lord has given Rev Kofi Annan the assignment and mandate of reaching the community through the radio & television ministry. His first radio ministry started in Ghana on Mercury Radio and then continued on Fox fm. In September 2001, Rev Kofi Annan introduced his radio ministry in London on Hot FM. He then continued preaching on other radios like WBLS Radio, Kasapa Radio and Voice of Africa Radio in UK. He also preaches on other internet Radio stations like Gospel Radio, Rainbow Radio, Justice Radio and Gyenyame Radio . Thousands of people are touched by this medium every year, as God has enlarged their territories through technology. He further introduced destiny prayer line to help Gods people pray powerfully at night in the comfort of their own homes.
Rev Kofi Annan has captured the hearts of people around the world because of his revelatory nature and his uncompromising stance in the Kingdom to reach the multitudes by any means necessary. His powerful messages are captured in a number of radios, tv’s and audio series, including: ” Dreams and Interpretation”; and his most recent teachings “Joseph Series.”
THE MAN BEHIND THE MISSION
Rev Kofi Annan comes from Ekunfi Nanaben in the Central Region of Ghana. He is known among his family members as ‘Joseph’ because God has chosen him to bless his family. He was called by God at a very early age like Prophet Samuel and has since then been in the ministry.
He has allowed God to equip and qualify him for his purpose and destiny, upon accepting his calling. He furthered his studies and completed a lot of courses with The Apostolic School of Ministry in UK. Rev Kofi Annan was ordained as an Evangelist for the Apostolic Church-Ghana and was later instructed by God to start Destiny Apostolic Church International in London and now in the whole wide world.
Over the years, he has faithfully served in several leadership areas such as Sunday School Teacher, Men’s Fellowship Leader, Prayer Tower Leader and President for Pentecostal Students Association, an Evangelist, Teacher, Prophet and a Pastor.God gave him a vision to organise a yearly trip to the Holy Land to visit and experienced the blessings and treasures of the promise land. He has since then been visiting the holy Land with the people of God annually.
